Company History
GreenView Developments, is a family-owned and operated company that has made a significant contribution to the growth and economy of the Tweed region.
For two decades, the Turner family has been investing in the Tweed, through its successful Chinderah-based civil contracting firm, South East Excavations, and more recently its residential development arm, GreenView Developments.
Employing over 100 locals, South East Excavations has played a pivotal role in the construction of many landmark Tweed Coast communities, including Casuarina Beach, Salt and the Metricon estates of Banora Waters and Flame Tree Park.
This valuable expertise and the considerable resources of South East Excavations mean GreenView Developments, headed by brothers Brian and Bruce Turner, is ideally equipped to deliver its own residential projects, with a strong focus on quality design, workmanship and excellent value.
GreenView has produced a number of successful estates throughout the region, beginning with a 39-lot subdivision at West Tweed that sold in the late 1990s at prices today’s buyers would certainly envy – from $59,500 to $89,500.
GreenView has since delivered the 38-lot Malua Park at West Tweed, the final 55-lot stage of Banora Views at Banora Point, 70 homesites in the River Oaks estate at Murwillumbah and the final stage of Bellevue Heights at Murwillumbah West, comprising 87 allotments.
Current projects include The View, a limited-release hilltop estate of just 50 prime homesites at Bilambil Heights and Terranora Village, a boutique estate of 64 blocks ranging in size from 600sqm to 1897sqm in a picturesque pocket of Terranora.
